Have you ever heard or the “smoochy” technique? I haven’t, but I think I have done manis with this style unaware of its name. Today I start the Summer (a little late) with a colorful smoochy manicure.
¿Alguna vez habían escuchado la técnica del “smoochy”? Yo la verdad que no, pero creo que he hecho manis con este estilo sin saber su nombre. Hoy quiero comenzar el Verano (un poco tarde) con una mani colorida. Espero les agrade.
Usually, normal people.. use bath bombs to take a bath. As I am more of weirdo, and do not own a bathtub (or like them very much tbh), I like to buy bath bombs to do spa manis and pedis. Why am I telling you this? Well, today I was going to trow away a Lush paper bag when I noticed how pretty the design was and.. you guessed it, did my nails inspired by it.
La gente normal usa bombas de baño para bañeras. Como soy una niña rara, y no me gustan mucho las bañeras, uso mis bombas para cuando me hago la mani-pedi. Te preguntarás porqué te digo esto, pues hoy iba a tirar al bote una bolsa de Lush, cuando noté lo bonita que era la ilustración en la bolsa, ya adivinarón.. la bolsa inspiró mis uñas de hoy.
My post are stretching more and more these days. Hopefully I’ll get back on track and post weekly soon enough. Today I bring you a cute and creepy mani, cute because is a cupcake, creepy because it looks like brains!

Just before the Summer (officially) ends, here comes a fresh mani I did a few weeks ago. For some reason it makes me think of Sully from Monster’s Inc.
Hola de nuevo! Sí, soy yo! Ha pasado tanto tiempo que creo que olvide como escribir un blog, a ver como me sale.
Antes de que el Verano acabe oficialmente, les traigo una mani pastel. Por alguna razón me hace pensar mucho en Sully de Monster’s Inc.
Back in school and even Uni I was not the most creative note taker or calendar abiding person, but in the recent years I have develop a love (and necessity) to use calendars and sticky notes and all sorts of stationery supplies. The fact that nowadays stationery is like accessories for your work station might help a bit, or a lot. Today’s mani is inspired by graphic patterns from stationery supplies I have seen in stores. Hope you guys like it!
Cuando estaba en el colegio, incluso durante la universidad no era la persona mas organizada con mis cuadernos y mucho menos agendas y notas pero en los últimos años ha crecido en mi un amor (y la necesidad) de usar agendas y notitas y post-its y todo tipo de papelería. El hecho de que hoy en día hay miles de opciones hermosas ayuda un poco. La mani de hoy esta inspirada en patrones y diseños que he visto en cosas de papelería. Espero y les guste!
Is really happening! The Summer is almost over, but for a couple of weeks I’ll be chillin’ by the beach in Playa del Carmen, QR. I will also be attending a cool music & dance festival: ZoukMX. Truth be told the whole dance, music thing is new for me and will explain more once I return (with lots of photos to show you).

Since I’ll be taking some vacation time from my jobs and heading to the beach, what better way to celebrate than to do a Nautical mani.

Dreaming of my Summer vacay, for some reason I started thinking of flamingos. So here is a Summer mani with a lovely pink Flamingo.

My last square nailed mani… for a while anyway. I want to change my nail shape but before I do that I have a new mani to show. This is a very simple and colorful mani with silver polka-dots.
Mi última mani con uñas cuadradas… por un tiempo. Quiero cambiar la forma de mis uñas pero antes de hacer eso, les traigo una nueva mani. Es bastante secilla y colorida con puntitos (dotticure) plateados.
